Jesse Shuck  

Mr. Shuck is an environmental scientist with experience in Clean Water Act regulatory compliance, riparian studies, and threatened and endangered species evaluations. His experience includes riparian ecosystem and wildlife research for the Texas Department of Natural Resources, West Lake Consulting in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Minnesota Natural Resources Research Institute. Mr. Shuck is familiar with wetlands studies, Section 404/401 permitting, and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NMPDES) process. He has conducted large mammal wildlife surveys in Isle Royale National Park, Michigan, Voyageur’s National Park, Minnesota, and Glacier National Park, Montana. At TEC, Mr. Shuck is involved in a five-year study of riparian system recovery for the Scott Able Fire on the Lincoln National Forest. This study involves an investigation of hydrologic systems and water quality, as well as the riparian ecosystem.
