TEC’s Environmental Science and Planning Program provides a range of natural resources and planning services related to the environmental regulatory process. The planning group is experienced with transportation corridor studies, land use planning, noise studies for roadway and development projects, and mobile source air quality modeling. TEC’s biologists have expertise in threatened and endangered species surveys, wetland mitigation, plant and animal ecology, and noxious weed management, and hold the necessary permits for natural resource investigations from agencies such as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the USDA-Forest Service.
