Hobbs Transportation Master Plan: Hobbs, URS for City of Hobbs, NM, 1997-1998
This project involved a team of transportation professionals and the City of Hobbs staff who developed a Transportation Master Plan for the city and surrounding area. TEC’s primary role was to develop the land use and demographic data that supported development of the Tmodel transportation-forecasting model. TEC also prepared a series of GIS maps showing the demographic character and growth potential of the study subareas.
